Coach Jim Kuhn, Head Coach, Varsity Football
This will be Jim Kuhn's 21st year coaching football at Whitman. He begins his tenth year as Head Coach and steward of the Whitman Football program. Coach Kuhn brings his extensive football coaching experience to a job that is incredibly demanding.
Coach Kuhn also headed up Whitman's Varsity Baseball team for 10 years. His work on the field is rivaled only by his work in the classroom. For the past 20 years, Coach Kuhn has taught in Whitman's Math Department. His dedication has earned him the respect of his peers, students, and parents.
Coach Kuhn is a native of Battle Creek, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a B.S. in Kinesiology. He received his post graduate degree in Teaching from Western Michigan and pursued additional studies at Johns Hopkins. Coach Kuhn and his wife, Kate, have been married 25 years and have two children.
Henry is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and Jake is a senior at Goretti High School in Hagerstown, MD.
